Our iconic Redkite brand, though it references its proud history and dominance within the aviation market, has also changed. About the Founder

David Arber, the founder of Redkite, is a visionary in global aviation fire and rescue technology, with a career spanning decades and multiple industries. Beyond his work in competency management, he developed software to support individuals with disabilities and pioneered Reality Orientation Therapy tools for Alzheimer’s care. His dedication to innovation and quality has left an indelible mark, and at LearnPro Group, we honour his legacy as Redkite’s solutions continue to thrive worldwide.

Our History: A Legacy of Innovation
1989 – Provided the UK rail industry with a national competence management system after the Clapham Rail Disaster.
1996 – Entered the fire sector by supplying the Fire Service College with a digital competence management system.
1999 – Partnered with UK Civil Aviation Authority to develop the first electronic CAP 699 competence management system for airport fire services.
2017 – Developed Redkite E-Log, an advanced incident logging system now used in airports, NHS Trusts, and more.
2019 – Secured a UK MOD Fire Service contract, supplying over 45 locations across four countries.
2025 – LearnPro Group acquires Redkite Systems, further expanding into the global aviation, military and industrial fire and rescue sector.
